Centenary Consultancy acts as a partner to public and private sector clients, FM service providers and facilities managers. We are completely independent and have no pre-set formulas for consultancy. Our approach is based on many years of practical experience, common sense and a passion for great facilities management. Using our skills we help clients analyse, formulate and implement cost effective and practical solutions.
Customers approach Centenary Consultancy when they are looking for help with their facilities management operation. Whether it is advice on making efficiencies or a need for a specific project to be delivered, we listen carefully to our clients needs and give an honest opinion on how to move forward. If the issue is something we believe we can help with, we would seek to take a full brief.
Once we fully understand the drivers behind the work required, we will provide a formal proposal. Upon getting the go-ahead a project plan will be agreed with clear deliverables, timelines, responsibilities and accountabilities. Communication will be maintained with the client throughout to monitor progress and to ensure complete satisfaction.

Meet the team
Mike started his career in the NHS in 1985 at Mount Vernon hospital in Northwood, Middlesex. He moved swiftly through the ranks of junior to senior management within Hillingdon Health Authority and most recently held Associate Director and Facilities Manager positions at St Mary’s Hospital NHS Trust and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in West London. He brings a wealth of practical experience across the whole range of facilities services.
Mike started Centenary Consultancy Ltd in 2013 as a specialist FM consultancy service aimed at helping both public and private sector clients.
Mike’s approach to facilities management is based on many years of practical experience, common sense and a passion for great facilities management.
Sarah excelled at art and graphic design at school and uses these skills to create bespoke websites. She was awarded her first commission when she was 17 years old by a major London teaching hospital, in conjunction with the Dolphin Square Foundation, to design a website for key worker housing services as part of the Government’s national Key Worker Living Programme.
Sarah has since gone on to work for Europe’s largest privately owned publishing company, and gained a wealth of experience in digital marketing, working across many of the UK’s biggest magazine and website brands.
Sarah’s approach to all things digital will ensure your brand reaches new heights.
